Hi, I’m Michael Miree, an ICCA (International Christian Certified) life coach at Higher Heights Counseling, Coaching, and Development Center.
I specialize in coaching Gen-Z young men, especially those navigating the often-challenging transition from high school into adulthood. As a father, I’ve felt the pain of not being fully present for my oldest son, and that experience has shaped my deep commitment to being there for my two Gen-Z sons and the many young men I coach today.
Growing up, I faced similar struggles that our young men face today. I had low confidence, poor communication skills, social awkwardness, identity issues, and more. I didn’t know how to manage these challenges until God placed mentors and life coaches in my path who helped me grow in wisdom, faith, and character. Even today, I continue to be coached, because we never stop growing.
With over 45 years of work experience and decades of experience in ministry and community leadership, I understand how to guide young men in setting goals, building confidence, and becoming mature, well-grounded individuals.
I also work with fathers, husbands, and families, helping men reconnect with their purpose, lead their households, and build meaningful relationships.

Boys to Men
Many Gen Z students are entering adulthood and the workforce without the essential life skills and confidence needed to thrive. They're feeling overwhelmed by expectations, uncertain about their future, and unprepared to transition smoothly from adolescence into emerging adulthood. Most Gen Zs crave purpose, balance, and their own clear path forward, but don’t always know how to find it or even understand what is required to achieve it. They also lack discipline, focus, and the benefits of developing a plan.
Through interactive workshops, small group coaching, panel discussions, and immersive role-playing exercises, I help Gen Z clients develop critical life and career skills. We cover key topics such as discovering/growing your identity, time management, communication, online navigation/digital presence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence, while also teaching practical tools that utilize technology and AI to help individuals succeed. This experience empowers them to step into that next phase of their lives prepared, confident, and success-ready.
Clients walk away with stronger communication skills/professional skills, a deeper understanding of what work-life balance means for them, tools for a healthier mindset, and the self-confidence and know-how to take ownership of their goals. My goal is to help make them highly adaptable, dependable team players who not only meet but exceed expectations, becoming invaluable assets to any environment, workplace, or institution.
