With more than 15 years as an ICF credentialed coach and mentor, and a licensed and ordained pastoral counselor, Dr. Simon has coached and counseled individuals to identify and work through psychological and life issues, and successfully achieve their personal growth and behavioral change goals.

 His additional credentials include EMCC Global Coach and WEBCS Team Coaching certifications. 

He also has an extensive background in business, industrial, and non-profit development. His life’s mission is to help individuals live fulfilled lives! 

The former dean of a counseling college, he created and taught over 100 coaching and counseling courses, programs, workshops, and curricula. He also has more than 25 years of experience as a ghostwriter, writer, editor, and book coach. 

When he isn’t coaching and counseling individuals, Dr. Simon loves traveling with his wife, Dr. Trish. They enjoy skiing in the winter, driving their 2010 Camaro in the summer, and hosting barbeques year round.
